As an ICF Assistant Program Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role on the floor, supporting individuals directly while coaching, mentoring, and guiding staff to deliver exceptional, person-centered services.
What You’ll Do
+ Support individuals in living their best lives through engaging programs, meaningful relationships, and community involvement
+ Provide hands-on personal care and ensure high-quality, person-centered active treatment
+ Train, coach, and support staff to deliver consistent, respectful, and high-quality services
+ Build positive, professional relationships with parents, guardians, and family members through clear communication, responsiveness, and strong customer service
+ Serve as a trusted point of contact for families, ensuring questions and concerns are addressed promptly and respectfully
+ Assist with ICF compliance, documentation, and quality standards
+ Help ensure safe staffing ratios and step in to cover shifts when needed
+ Partner closely with the ICF Program Manager to support daily operations
+ Promote choice, dignity, safety, and inclusion for every person served

Schedule
+ Regular schedule: Tuesday–Friday + every other weekend (3:00pm–11:00pm)
+ Some flexibility required (mornings, weekends, or overnights as needed)
Requirements
+ At least 2 years of experience supporting vulnerable populations in a residential setting
+ Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
+ Ability to provide hands-on personal care and lead by example
+ Valid Minnesota Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
+ Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
+ CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
+ Experience with developmental disabilities or ICF settings is preferred, but if you’re a strong leader with a heart for this work, we want to hear from you.
