Summary As Solution Architect you will own end to end deployment processes for implementing/optimizing the IBP/ERP platform for customers. Responsibilities + Develop and deliver planning function-specific solutions. + Partner with customers, end-users, technical analysts, and application designers to define and document the data requirements, business requirements, setup, deployment, and rollout plan of Business Intelligence initiatives . + Lead all communications and project management duties for multiple customer projects including building solutions in IBP/SAP / ERP’s, driving customer data maturity, and teaching best practice data strategies. + Lead discovery sessions with business to identify solutions and data strategies. + Identify business problems and recommend/develop solutions. + Expertly and artfully manage customer expectations. + Design, analyze, and help build customer data pipelines + Develop strategies for connecting to new data sources Qualifications + BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Technical Concentration; or equivalent experience + 5+ years of experience in a supply chain presales capacity and/or supply chain development and integration. + 5+ years of proven experience supporting business intelligence systems, or in a software product/industry. + Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning process and data flow + Experience with data modeling (i.e. conceptual, logical and physical model design) including multi-dimensional modeling. + Experience dealing with large data sets. + Proven experience in effectively partnering with business teams to deliver their goals and outcomes. + Ability to learn and adapt quickly to varied and changing requirements. + Thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Work independently and manage engagements with multiple business /functions + Proven experience with supply chain planning applications. + Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, optimization, and S&OP areas is preferred. + Strong ability to demonstrate thought leadership and develop credibility with business requirements as an expert in planning. + Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology. + Excellent presentation, storytelling, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- internally and externally. + Comfortable challenging the status quo Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
