Join our Transportation Capacity Planning team to drive a new program called PCP, where you'll lead network design and implementation of processing flows with autonomy and impact. In this role, you'll develop business plans focused on execution and quality metric improvements while analyzing data across the fulfillment network to identify optimization opportunities. Key job responsibilities
Manage and prioritize program life-cycles, working cross-functionally to deliver projects that optimize transportation capacity planning across the network.
Define network design requirements and implement processing flows, analyzing data to drive improvements quantified by key performance metrics.
Collaborate with finance, forecasters, business, operations, and recruiting teams to create efficient capacity plans based on short-term and long-term volume forecasts.
Monitor and analyze fulfillment network data to identify optimization opportunities, develop action plans, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Communicate program status to all stakeholders through regular business reviews, proactively identify risks, and provide mitigation plans to optimize network operations.
Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance system quality and operational excellence across the fulfillment network.
Retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Access and other data management systems.
Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
Participating in multiple projects and/or programs that have influence on carrier configurations and development of carrier performance metrics.
