Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an IAM Engineer to join their team on a 12‑month contract in Orlando, Florida. This engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining SSO integrations between multiple disparate Identity Providers in a complex enterprise environment. Day to day, the contractor will configure federation connections, troubleshoot authentication issues, validate protocol flows, and ensure reliability across federated systems. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of IAM experience and strong working knowledge of SSO technologies, particularly the differences and practical applications of OIDC and SAML. This person will work fully onsite, collaborating closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless identity integrations across the organization.

Skills and Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience
• Strong experience with SSO and Federation
• Hands‑on experience integrating SSO between disparate Identity Providers (IdPs)
• Clear understanding of the differences between OIDC and SAML
• Experience troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues • Experience with large enterprise identity environments
• Prior work with modern IdPs such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.
• Knowledge of MFA, token flows, and identity lifecycle processes
