Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an Access Management Analyst to join their team. As an Access Management Analyst, you will be part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department supporting critical security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Access Management Analyst**
**Location: Nashville, TN (Remote)**
**Schedule:** **2pm-10pm / PST**
**What's the Job?**
+ Review, validate, and fulfill access requests in accordance with the “Need to Know” principle and established approval workflows.
+ Ensure all access provisioning and deprovisioning activities are logged, auditable, and compliant with internal policies and external standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
+ Conduct periodic access reviews and recertification campaigns to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
+ Collaborate with security and compliance teams to assess risks associated with access requests and escalate anomalies.
+ Maintain documentation for access control procedures, including onboarding/offboarding processes and exception handling.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in access management or related field.
+ Strong understanding of security policies and compliance standards.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
