As a DevOps Engineer, you will deploy and automate identity orchestration flows using Ping Identity’s DaVinci platform. You will help integrate DaVinci workflows into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to support scalable and secure orchestration in hybrid environments. Your work will help operationalize identity use cases with automation, resilience, and compliance in mind.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain identity orchestration flows using Ping DaVinci.  Experience customizing or building Ping DaVinci nodesIntegrate DaVinci workflows into DevOps toolchains and CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOpsAutomate deployment and configuration of DaVinci nodes and identity journeys across environmentsCollaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure reliable orchestration at scaleMonitor and optimize orchestration flows for performance, resilience, and security complianceImplement version control and promotion strategies for DaVinci flowsProvide support on orchestration tooling within the DevOps lifecycleMinimum Requirements3+ years experience in DevOps, IAM engineering, or API platform architectureExperience with Ping Identity’s DaVinci platformKnowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDCProficiency in RESTful APIs and JSONExperience managing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Helm, or AnsibleScripting ability in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similarPreferred QualificationsExperience with PingOne Suite including PingOne SSO, Protect, Risk, MFAStrong working knowledge of JavaScript for custom logic and flow extensionsExperience working with XML for federation, policy, and configuration artifactsAdvanced use of JSON for DaVinci payloads, API integrations, and event handlingBasic proficiency with HTML and CSS for custom UI, branding, and hosted page integrationExperience debugging browser-based authentication and identity flowsFamiliarity with Kubernetes and DockerExperience with cloud-native identity architectures in Azure and AWSCertifications in Ping DaVinci, DevOps Engineering, or major cloud platformsAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
