As an **IAM/PAM Engineer** , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across the enterprise. This role ensures secure access to systems and data, protects privileged credentials, and supports compliance with security policies and regulations. **Your role:** + Supporting the transformation, implementation, and ongoing operations of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions. + Designing, deploying, and maintaining PAM/IAM services, including health checks, strategy development, and implementation. + Ensuring security technical controls are in place across diverse IT environments and systems. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize security posture while maintaining system reliability and stability. + Installing and configuring security solutions such as vaulting, policy management, session management, and identity management across multi-platform environments. + Performing engineering tasks including build, configuration, upgrades, testing, deployment, and performance tuning. + Automating tasks and developing scripts using Python, Java, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible. + Creating and managing safes, policies, roles, and permissions for access to systems including Windows, UNIX, databases, and network devices. + Leading troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for PAM/IAM-related issues. + Work with the Operational counter parts to ensure the 24/7 critical production platforms have the appropriate expertise and supporting processes.
