Job Description
A healthcare client is looking for an IAM Analyst to sit fully remote. This person is going to be contributing to a lift and shift of their current SSO technology. They are in the process of retiring SiteMinder (Broadcom Technology) and migrating to an external inbound and outbound SSO SaaS Federation platform. This role is very important in ensuring a smooth transition. The analyst is going to partner closely with the engineering, and product teams as well as application owners and external partners to make sure the integration is completed properly. Some type of background in SSO/IAM would is preferred.

Skills and Requirements
3–5+ years experience in application onboarding or technical program analysis.
Solid understanding of authentication and federation concepts (SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
Experience documenting technical requirements, integration dependencies, and system workflows.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex technical environments.
High proficiency with Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Exceptional communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams. Experience supporting migrations from legacy WAM platforms (e.g., SiteMinder)
Exposure to SaaS identity providers.
Familiarity with identity attributes and SSO troubleshooting concepts.
Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
