Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking an IAM Analyst - Charlotte to join their team. As an IAM Analyst - Charlotte, you will be part of the Information Security Department supporting the IAM team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** IAM Analyst - Charlotte
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**Pay Range:** $41-43/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) program by facilitating processes and ensuring compliance with security policies.
+ Process user access requests for applications, systems, and platforms, ensuring timely onboarding and offboarding of users.
+ Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and security leadership to safeguard systems and data through effective identity governance.
+ Monitor and enforce adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
+ Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, collaborating with security operations to remediate vulnerabilities.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 2+ years of experience in information security or IT operations with a focus on IAM.
+ Hands-on experience with identity governance tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD.
+ Strong understanding of RBAC, IAM principles, and compliance frameworks.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
