Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Turnaround Planner to join their team. As a Turnaround Planner, you will be part of the project management team supporting various operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
**Job Title:** Turnaround Planner
**Location:** Flexible. California, Texas, & Louisiana
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead assigned portions of outage scope through planning and execution stages.
+ Organize materials by expediting, quoting prices, and ensuring the correct parts are available for jobs.
+ Create detailed planning activities in Primavera P6 for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable.
+ Provide daily schedule updates during outage execution.
+ Support risk management and contractor safety by mitigating safety issues in operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5+ years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation package planning.
+ Proficient in reading and interpreting Electrical & Instrumentation drawings and PIDs.
+ Experience in preparing and reviewing test/work packages for field issuance.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Primavera P6.
+ 5+ years of journey-level maintenance experience in Electrical & Instrumentation.
