Job Title: Entry Specialist
Job Description

Join a dynamic department responsible for overseeing the e-verify, I-9 process, and other HR employment processes. As an Entry Specialist, you will work closely with full-time employees, handling I-9 cases in the HR Information System, matching employee files with government records, and documenting case information.

ResponsibilitiesAction I-9 cases in the HR Information System, ensuring accuracy in matching employee files with government records.Document case information thoroughly and maintain organized records.Email or call internal managers to obtain additional documents or information when necessary.Navigate the system to ensure appropriate documents are in place for employees to be eligible to work, including verifying identification and legal residency.Conduct audits to ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements.Essential SkillsExperience navigating various computer systems and performing data entry.Ability to analyze and act diligently.Proficiency in typing at least 60 words per minute.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High school diploma or GED.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge or experience with the I-9 process is a plus.Self-starter attitude with the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.Work Environment

This position requires onsite work in an office setting with cubicles. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
