Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and operation sheets Ability to coordinate multiple projects and the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and unforeseen events Demonstrated experience with core quality practices (root cause analysis, GR&R, auditing) Proficiency in the use of hand gauges Good communication skills with shop floor personnel and management Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Access Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds Perform daily product audits on production jobs. Collaborate with production on continuous improvement initiatives. Support the quality and production teams on root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action activities. Other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
