Must-Have Qualifications:  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field  • MT-2 experience  • 5+ years of hydraulic and hydrologic (H&H) engineering experience  • Proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ICPR, Civil 3D, GIS  • Experience with FEMA LOMR/MT-2 floodplain mapping and stormwater management design  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively  • Project management experience and a desire to mentor junior engineers  • PE license preferred Key Responsibilities:  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater, riverine, and floodplain systems  • Perform flood risk assessments, drainage studies, and mitigation planning  • Design and evaluate stormwater systems, culverts, and detention basins  • Lead FEMA (C)LOMR/MT-2 regulatory submissions and documentation  • Collaborate across disciplines, with clients and agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance  • Support permitting efforts for water resource and floodplain projects    • Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and review modeling results Perks & Benefits:  • Competitive Salary & Bonuses – Performance-based rewards  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance – Full medical coverage  • Flexible Work Environment – Hybrid model supports work-life balance  • Professional Development – Ongoing training & growth opportunities  • Retirement Plan, PTO, and more
