**Position Summary**
As a Hydraulic Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing hydraulic systems to ensure consistent production performance. You’ll work alongside a skilled team to perform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance, while also contributing to mechanical and electrical system upkeep and process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hydraulic systems and related machinery.
+ Interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and system design plans.
+ Use diagnostic tools to inspect systems and identify safety or reliability issues.
+ Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic components and systems.
+ Test equipment post-repair to ensure proper functionality.
+ Collaborate on electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory using ERP systems.
+ Operate industrial mobile equipment including forklifts, manlifts, and cranes.
+ Ensure work area cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Minimum 4 years of experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic or equivalent technical training.
+ Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Experience with ERP systems and computerized maintenance tracking.
+ Skilled in operating industrial mobile equipment.
+ Strong troubleshooting and process improvement capabilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Associate’s Degree or trade certification in Fluid Power Technology.
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
**Work Environment & Benefits**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.34 - $42.52/hr.
