Our client, a leading organization in the legal and corporate restructuring industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hybrid Claims Analyst to join their team. As a Hybrid Claims Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Claims Department supporting claim review, eligibility assessment, and documentation analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Review and analyze claims and supporting documentation to determine eligibility for payment.
+ Proof claimant submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and duplication.
+ Make recommendations on claims status, including eligibility, deficiencies, or rejections.
+ Work closely with management and handle review and clearing of additional claimant documentation.
+ Assist with post-distribution review, returned check reconciliation, and claim escalations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Excellent writing and communication skills to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
+ Basic understanding of financial products such as stocks, bonds, and options.
+ Ability to type at least 40 WPM and perform basic calculations involving percentages, interest, and algebra.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or relevant experience.
