As an AP Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payable process. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing high volumes of invoices with precision and speedPerforming 3-way match and resolving invoice discrepanciesConducting supplier invoice analysis and exception remediationInitiating supplier payments and ensuring timely disbursementsIdentifying accounting treatment for non-PO invoicesUtilizing Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systemsCreating pivot tables and using VLOOKUPs in Excel to support reporting and analysisWhat You Bring2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance roleStrong understanding of full-cycle AP processesProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred, but not required)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPerks & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $24–$28/hrMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits availableHybrid work schedule (2 days remote)Opportunity to work with a reputable, mission-driven organizationFast-moving hiring process – interviews happening this week!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $65000.00/yr.
