Job Title: HVAC Mechanic

Job Description

Join a dedicated team of professionals maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and operating commercial HVAC systems for a Research and Development office building located outside of Hartford. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This role focuses on existing building units and is not suitable for those with construction installation experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and operate commercial HVAC systems in an R&D office building.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.Perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure.Use hand tools effectively for maintenance and repair tasks.Address electrical issues within HVAC systems.

Essential Skills

5+ years of HVAC service experience.Proficient in troubleshooting and repair.Experienced in preventive maintenance.S2 License required.Comfortable using hand tools for maintenance tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with tablets or CPUs to handle CMMS tickets.Strong team player.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
