**Job Title: HVAC Technician I** **Job Description** The HVAC Technician I is tasked with performing maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems within the facility. This role involves managing inventory, supporting engineering projects, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handler units, and rooftop units. + Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels. + Support the Energy Engineering Department with projects, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. + Maintain utility equipment such as storage tanks, piping, boilers, chillers, and compressors. + Work alongside maintenance staff to resolve maintenance problems and coordinate services. + Maintain proficiency with Building Management Systems and recommend upgrades. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of industrial facilities maintenance experience. + Ability to maintain a variety of HVAC systems. + Proficiency with computer skills, including tablets, to review work orders and communications. + Comfortable with heights and climbing on roofs for maintenance tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall, and sheet metal work. + Industrial HVAC experience is required. + Comfortable working outside of HVAC-specific tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage paid 100% by the company. Shift premiums include 10% for 2nd Shift and 6% for 3rd Shift. The work environment is a large industrial facility where the candidate will work independently or in groups on various projects. Steel toe boots and basic hand tools are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70000.00/yr.
