**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with at least 3 years of field experience. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC units, furnaces, heat pumps, and more. You will be working primarily in residential settings with occasional commercial calls. After orientation, you will independently manage service calls or complete equipment installations with a helper. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in residential and occasional commercial environments. + Utilize knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. + Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests. + Communicate effectively with customers regarding service requests, replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Universal EPA certification. + Preferably 4-5 years of experience or more in the field. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greencastle, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
