In this leadership role, you’ll guide a crew responsible for retrofitting and renovating HVAC systems in multi‑family buildings across the Lower Mainland. What You’ll DoLead and mentor a team performing HVAC retrofits and renovationsTroubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systemsWork with sheet metal and occasionally assist with plumbing tasksEnsure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standardsCollaborate with occupants and other trades to maintain a smooth workflow
