Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

This position is based at Offutt Air Force Base, providing HVAC maintenance for a 1 million square foot facility during the overnight shift from Sunday to Thursday, 11 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.Maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.Operate and manage HVAC control systems.Comply with all safety standards and regulations.

Essential Skills

Three years of journeyman-level experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.Experience with air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, chillers, motors, and compressors.EPA Universal CFC License.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.Third-grade Engineer License preferred.OSHA 10 certification desired.Experience in federal facility maintenance is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.93 - $27.93/hr.
