As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting campus maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Perform preventative maintenance on hydronic equipment and HVAC systems across campus facilities Install, repair, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for building operations Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment failures efficiently Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations Assist with climbing ladders and walking between various campus buildings as neededWhat's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; trade school diploma preferred 1-2 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance or related field Ability to follow work routines and safety standards diligently Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applicationsWhat's in it for me?
