**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for executing the preventative maintenance schedule for commercial HVAC systems. You will check, service, clean, and replace all filters in A/C, ventilating, and exhaust systems. The role also involves troubleshooting systems and coordinating work to be completed with other trades. **Responsibilities** + Execute preventative maintenance schedules for commercial HVAC systems. + Check, service, clean, and replace filters in A/C, ventilating, and exhaust systems. + Troubleshoot HVAC systems and coordinate work with other trades. **Essential Skills** + Experience in HVAC systems. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. + Strong electrical service skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + HVAC Certification is preferred. **Work Environment** This position is based in an office building that is climate-controlled. The dress code includes shirts, pants, and hats provided by Aramark.
