**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support the preventative maintenance and efficient operation of commercial HVAC systems. In this role, you will inspect, service, clean, and replace filters across A/C, ventilation, and exhaust systems, while diagnosing issues and collaborating with other trades to ensure optimal system performance. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. + Inspect, service, clean, and replace filters in A/C, ventilation, and exhaust equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues. + Coordinate and communicate effectively with other trades to complete work efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Hands-on HVAC experience. + Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance abilities. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + HVAC Certification (preferred but not required). **Why Join Us?** Become part of a supportive, team-oriented environment that values your expertise and encourages professional growth. Uniform shirts, pants, and hats are provided. **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with rotating on-call duties. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
