**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** The HVAC Technician will perform service, maintenance, and installation of commercial mechanical and HVAC systems. This role is not limited to service work but involves a variety of tasks essential for system functionality. **Responsibilities** + Perform troubleshooting on HVAC and mechanical systems. + Conduct maintenance and installation of HVAC systems. + Repair HVAC systems as needed. + Work independently to ensure systems are operating efficiently. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician. + Proficiency in HVAC troubleshooting, service, installation, repair, and maintenance. + Experience with sheet metal work. + Must possess EPA certifications. + Strong ability to work independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + NATE certification is a plus. + Skills in customer service and refrigeration. + Experience with airflow systems. + Knowledge of boilers and chillers. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a path to becoming a foreman or lead in a smaller company with a family feel.
