**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as an HVAC Technician where you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems. We offer competitive hourly rates based on experience for both Service Technicians and Lead Installers. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems. + Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or routine inspections. + Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for various environments. + Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration and boiling systems. + Drive company vehicles to job sites, ensuring safe transport of tools and equipment. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls. + Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of service or installation experience in HVAC. + EPA Type II Certification. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. + Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, including plumbing, refrigeration, and boiling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Managerial mindset willing to develop a service department from the ground up. + Familiarity with installation techniques for air conditioning and heating units. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory. **Why Work Here?** We offer a direct placement opportunity in a company that values your expertise and supports professional development.
