Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and working with various HVAC equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
Install and service commercial HVAC systems on existing client sites.Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions with HVAC systems and building automation systems.Efficiently repair identified issues.Read and interpret blueprints during new build projects.Interact with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis.Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience in commercial and residential settings.Proficiency in diagnosing and working with centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers, and associated equipment.Mastery of electron theory, understanding of how electricity travels, and knowledge of AC and DC currents, single phase and three phase circuits, and series and parallel circuits.Experience with commercial rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and building automation systems (BAS).Ability to braze copper and fuse plastic piping.EPA Universal Certification.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable with client-facing interactions and servicing client sites.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.OSHA Certified.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a hands-on, active role that involves working both indoors and outdoors. Technicians must be comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout their shift, as well as working on ladders, in semi-confined spaces, and lifting 50-75 lbs regularly. The role requires working on live, functioning client sites, both independently and as part of a team. Typical work hours range from 6-8 am start times, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $93600.00/yr.
