**Job Title: HVAC Technician** Job Description Join our team as an HVAC Technician, where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The typical work week is Monday through Friday with a 7 AM start time, although some weekend work and overtime may be required. Responsibilities + Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment. + Perform corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance. + Work with Chiller, Boiler, and Cooling Tower systems, specifically with brands like LG, Honeywell, and Evapco. + Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide clear explanations of repair options and recommendations. + Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system breakdowns, including cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating HVAC components. + Perform system inspections and identify potential issues. + Understand advanced principles of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation. + Read schematics and technical manuals, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Essential Skills + HVAC troubleshooting and installation expertise. + Air balance and mechanical skills. + Customer service orientation. + Experience in commercial HVAC systems, specifically with chillers. + Ability to perform start-ups, preventative maintenance, warranty items, and repairs. + Experience with both indoor and outdoor units. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma required. + 4-5 years' experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician. + CFC Certification required. Why Work Here?
