Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

As an HVAC Technician, you play a pivotal role in safely installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The HVAC Technician will work on a crew and must have good interpersonal communication skills, as well as skills performing basic construction, electrical, and mechanical work.

ResponsibilitiesInstall new HVAC units, typically 3- and 5-ton units.Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing HVAC units.Install replacement parts on existing HVAC units.Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsHVAC experience with preventative and corrective maintenance.Minimum 4 years of HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or industrial) or industrial maintenance experience, particularly servicing 3-5 ton HVAC units.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Capability to stand, kneel, crawl, or climb ladders.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExtensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.EPA Universal License (preferred).Ability to use power and hand tools.Skill in using thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional voluntary weekends. Expect to travel occasionally throughout the year.
