**HVAC Technician – Residential Properties (West LA & Valley Routes)** **About the Role:** Join our elite team servicing high-end residential properties across West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with strong residential experience and excellent client-facing skills. You’ll be the face of quality service and technical expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, ductwork). + Diagnose issues and perform system upgrades. + Communicate clearly with clients and recommend solutions. + Maintain service records and follow safety protocols. + Commute daily across West LA and the Valley using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed). **What You Bring:** + 5+ years of residential HVAC experience. + Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. + Professional appearance and excellent customer service. + Ability to work independently in varied indoor/outdoor environments. + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
