Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems at a prominent technical college. This role requires a motivated individual who can work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC units throughout the technical college campus.Perform regular service and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of HVAC systems.Utilize standard tools and equipment to address mechanical and electrical issues.Work independently to ensure HVAC systems are operational and meet safety standards.Essential Skills8-10 years of experience in HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.Proficiency in mechanical and electrical installation and repair.Experience with standard tool belt and ability to use specialty tools provided.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong motivation and ability to work independently.Excellent attention to detail and reliability.Capability to manage tasks independently and remain productive.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role is based inside a technical college, where you will work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the unit requiring attention. The shift is from 6am to 3pm Monday through Thursday, and 6am to 10am on Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savannah, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
