Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience and a strong in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance for our clients.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency.Troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems, including Ammonia refrigeration units.Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed.Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial properties.Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.Essential SkillsProficient in building, plumbing, and designing HVAC systems.Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.Experience with refrigeration techniques, particularly Ammonia refrigeration.Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Additional Skills & Qualifications3-5 years of experience with diagnosing issues with HVAC systems.Experience in electrical troubleshooting and diagnosis related to HVAC systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is based at the headquarters in Burlingame, with travel required across the Bay Area. Work hours are typically from 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm. The maintenance team currently consists of 8 people, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Burlingame, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
