**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician and Installer** Location: Central PA (York, Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, and Adams Counties) Pay: Up to $38/hour (based on experience) Job Type Full-Time **Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician and Installer to join our team. This role involves servicing, repairing, and installing a variety of HVAC systems in a commercial setting across Central Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. **Key Responsibilities:** + Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues in commercial environments + Perform repairs and maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems + Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, thermostats, and controls + Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes + Communicate effectively with clients and team members + Maintain accurate service records and documentation **Qualifications:** + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record + EPA Certification required + Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment + Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently + Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills **Benefits:** + Competitive pay up to $38/hour based on experience + Opportunities for advancement + Supportive team environment + Travel reimbursement within service areas + Overtime Available **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
