**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician responsible for handling heater and air conditioning emergency service, repairs, maintenance, replacements, and upgrades in the Greater Philadelphia PA Tri-county region, including Montgomery, Delaware counties. This role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work adheres to industry standards. **Responsibilities** + Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial settings. + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently to ensure timely resolution. + Ensure all installations and repairs meet industry standards. + Provide service calls with integrity and prioritize customer interests. + Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and submittal sheets. + Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification in HVAC preferred. + Minimum of three years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry. + Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications. + Proficient in using hand and power tools. + Basic understanding of installation and HVAC systems. + Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. + Strong communication and customer service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA certifications beneficial. + Ability to perform basic trade-related math calculations for proper installation of equipment. + Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift heavy objects. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a stable company committed to serving the KOP/Wayne, PA area, with a focus on integrity and prioritizing customer interests.
