**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC technology, installation, and repair. This role requires professionalism in presentation, as you will be client-facing at times. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. Additionally, you will diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, perform system upgrades, and communicate effectively with clients to explain repair options. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. + Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions. + Perform system upgrades. + Communicate with clients to explain system issues and repair options. + Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. + Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
