**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated service technicians to join our team and provide exceptional service for residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating systems, generators, furnaces, ductless units, water heaters, boilers, and more. Candidates must be comfortable working with oil-based systems, as many of our systems operate using oil. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair residential heating systems and oil burners. + Service and maintain various systems, including boilers, water heaters, furnaces, and ductless units. + Participate in an on-call rotation, typically one day a week during slower seasons, and possibly twice a week during winter months. + Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic. + Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude. + Comfort working with oil-based systems. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + EPA certification preferred (EPA II or higher). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Clean driving record. + Willingness to submit to a screening. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive team that values learning and growth.
