**HVAC Technician - Holland, MI** + **_Direct Placement_** + **_$28.00 - $32.00 per hour_** + **_Excellent Company Vehicles_** **Job Description** Seeking a skilled HVAC technician to add to our team in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility. This technician will be sponsible for performing maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems within the facility. This includes repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, managing inventory, supporting engineering projects, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handler units, and rooftop units. + Manage inventory and coordinate services with maintenance workers and staff to resolve maintenance problems. + Support the Energy Engineering Department with projects, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. + Maintain utility equipment such as storage tanks, piping, boilers, chillers, and compressors. + Ensure proficiency with Building Management Systems and make recommendations for upgrades. + Check facility for maintenance needs and maintain process supporting equipment such as mixers, coater ovens, dust collectors, activated carbon filters, hot oil boilers, and regenerative thermal systems. **Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of industrial HVAC/building maintenance experience. + Ability to maintain a wide variety of HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handler units, and rooftop units. + Proficiency in computer skills using tablets to review work orders and communications. + Comfortable working at heights and climbing on the roof for maintenance of RTUs. + Experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, sheet metal, and air conditioning. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits paid 100%.
