**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **_Pay: $25-$30 an hour//Paid Weekly!!!_** **_Looking to hire immediately!_** **Job Description** The HVAC Maintenance Worker is responsible for the operation, repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, ensuring their optimal functionality and performance. **Responsibilities** + Operate, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. + Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems are running efficiently. + Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management. + Conduct troubleshooting to resolve system malfunctions and ensure operational continuity. + Provide exceptional customer service in interactions with clients and stakeholders. **Essential Skills** + Experience in commercial HVAC systems. + Proficiency in preventative and corrective maintenance. + Familiarity with CMMS and work order management. + Strong customer service orientation. + EPA Universal Certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with installation and inspection. + Knowledge of filter changes and building automation systems (BAS). + Competence in handling Roof Top Units (RTU) and Air Handler Units (AHU). **Why Work Here?** Our organization offers ample opportunities for professional growth and promotion, with a preference for internal advancement to managerial roles.
