**Now Hiring: HVAC Technician – Fort Sill, Lawton, OK**
**Schedule** : Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
**Location** : Fort Sill, Lawton, Oklahoma
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team supporting operations at Fort Sill. This is a year-round position with a consistent weekday schedule and minimal overtime. If you’re reliable, and ready to work in a stable, secure environment, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair hydronic and refrigeration systems (AHUs, DX coils, VAVs, fan coils)
+ Service domestic and heating hot water boilers (up to 1,000,000 BTU)
+ Install and replace HVAC systems under 25 tons per mechanical codes
+ Fabricate and install ductwork, chassis parts, and evaporator units
+ Cut, bend, and join tubing/pipes; solder and test refrigerant circuits
+ Connect motors, compressors, and control panels; test and charge systems
+ Diagnose and repair electrical components (thermostats, breakers, wiring)
**What You Bring**
+ EPA Universal Certification (Required)
+ 2–4.5+ years of HVAC experience or equivalent vocational training
+ Strong troubleshooting skills (residential & commercial systems)
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
+ Self-motivated and able to work independently
+ Eligible for security clearance and base access
**Bonus Points For:**
+ Military experience (Preferred MOS: 91M – Utilities Equipment Repairer)

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $61360.00/yr.
Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 year-round with minimal overtime.
Base Pay: $23.50 hourly plus $6.00 an hour for health and welfare
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and other coverage: employer contribution offered to cover employee-only tier. 11 paid holidays, 10 days’ vacation, 7 days sick leave

This is a fully onsite position in Elgin,OK.
