**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team as a licensed HVAC mechanic at a private university, working closely with the Director of Facilities and the VP of the University.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
+ Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to all HVAC systems on campus.
+ Oversee the main plant, academic buildings, and individual dorm rooms' HVAC systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of HVAC maintenance/repair experience.
+ HVAC license required.
+ Experience in preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, and air handlers.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues for reporting.
+ Basic computer skills for handling work orders.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Lab experience is a plus.
+ Boiler experience is beneficial.
+ Management experience preferred.
+ Experience in other trades such as Electrical, Plumbing, or Carpentry.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a beautiful, quiet campus located in the middle of the Babson University athletic complex. With about 400 students during the academic year and a vibrant summer camp atmosphere with 1000 daily campers, the campus is easily walkable within five minutes and conveniently accessible from the highway.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Needham, Massachusetts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
