Benefits, weekly pay **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to operate in a service and repair capacity. You will be responsible for responding to various service orders and maintaining the overall integrity of libraries & parks and rec depts. This role involves a variety of duties related to troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems and repairs. **Responsibilities** + Respond to service orders in a timely and professional manner. + Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and refrigeration. + Perform duct work and control repairs. + Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs. + Perform preventive maintenance for facilities. + Maintain the integrity of corporate office buildings, medical facilities, and retail spaces. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs. + Experience with refrigeration systems. + Knowledge of duct work and control systems. + Electrical and mechanical repair skills. + Preventive maintenance experience. + Minimum of 7 years of experience working with industrial/commercial facilities and HVAC systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Candidates should own all of their own hand tools; specialty tools will be provided by the company. + Must have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
