Hvac Technician
**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and have a strong technical background, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Installation: Set up new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, heat pumps, compressors, and refrigeration systems. + Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system longevity and efficiency. + Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems and components. + Inspection: Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify maintenance risks and address potential issues. + Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency calls for HVAC problems. + Compliance: Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. + Customer Service: Assist customers with queries and provide technical advice. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, understanding electrical and mechanical systems. + Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. + Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain repairs and maintenance to customers. + Physical Ability: Capability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs. **Education and Experience:** + Education: High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certification in HVAC systems. + Experience: Typically, 2+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
