**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an entry level HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves driving a company vehicle to client sites for installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC Units. **Responsibilities** + Driving company vehicle to client sites throughout NYC for HVAC installations. + Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and systems. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly. + Perform repairs and replacements as necessary to maintain equipment efficiency. + Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures. + Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management. **Essential Skills** + Strong driving skills, clean driving record + Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Good communication and teamwork abilities. + Valid Driver's License + 6 Months+ HVAC or related experience preferred **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy a collaborative and supportive work culture where your expertise is valued.
