They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on the building as well as equipment and systems relating to HVAC. **What You'll Do:** · Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, service and maintain electrical or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, equipment. · Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure accurate operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. · Fix equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications. · Share in-depth knowledge of own job field and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function. · Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values! Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. · Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams. **What You'll Need:** ****Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.** · High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered. + Basic knowledge and skills with Light carpentry, electrical and plumbing as this is a Hybrid role. · Universal CFC license required. **(Per Washington State requirements, either a E06A or E07 is also required)** · Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and the ability to carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. · Willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions. · In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. To include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. · Advanced math skills. The minimum salary for the Senior HVAC Hybrid Mobile Tech. position is $52.00 per hour and the maximum salary for theSenior HVAC Hybrid Mobile Tech. position is $60.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
