They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on the building as well as equipment and systems relating to HVAC. **What You'll Do:** · Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, service and maintain electrical or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, equipment. · Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure accurate operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. · Fix equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications. · Share in-depth knowledge of own job field and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function. · Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values!
