Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will professionally communicate with customers, managers, and sales engineers to manage deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls. This role involves delivering and installing rented HVAC equipment, training customers on safe equipment use, and ensuring all operations comply with safety standards.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment and train authorized operators or customers on safe equipment use.Direct customers to sign appropriate paperwork and keep track of serial numbers.Troubleshoot and understand the operation, function, specifications, capabilities, and controls of rental equipment.Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to all company safety policies.Clean and test returned equipment, ensuring operation and appearance meet standards.Complete paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.Install flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications.Implement proper and safe procedures to check gas connections.Work with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and track in-stock and rented equipment.Be on call for emergency service and available on a rotating schedule for emergency service response calls on weekends and evenings.Essential SkillsTroubleshootingRepairService5+ years of HVAC experienceHVAC Certificate with formal training and state license for refrigeration systemsBasic math skillsMechanical inclinationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
This role involves working with HVAC technologies and equipment. You will be required to operate company vehicles and be available for emergency service on a rotating schedule, including some weekends and evenings. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
