What You’ll Do:Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential homesCommunicate clearly with customers, explaining service and maintenance needsRecommend additional services to optimize system performancePerform maintenance tasks (refrigerant checks, filter changes, etc.)Install thermostats, dehumidifiers, and related componentsReplace system parts such as coils, compressors, and controlsMaintain accurate documentation for each work orderFollow all safety standards and procedures
What You’ll Need:Experience running residential HVAC service calls OR completion of an HVAC certification programValid driver’s license with a clean recordEPA license requiredStrong mechanical and diagnostic skillsAbility to explain technical information clearly to customersBasic computer skills for timekeeping, billing, and payment processingTeam-first attitude and strong communication skills
