We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to handle service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installs for residential and commercial systems. You’ll diagnose issues, complete repairs, and communicate clearly with customers. Some after‑hours calls may come up, but the work is steady, and you’ll have the tools and support you need..
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.Perform maintenance and repairs on furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems.Install HVAC systems and related components.Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal code requirements.Communicate findings, solutions, and recommendations to customers.Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.Respond to emergency and after-hours service calls as needed.Keep company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and in good working order.Ideal Candidate Has: HVAC systems (commercial + residential)Electrical & mechanical troubleshootingPreventive maintenanceAbility to read blueprints/technical diagrams5+ years of HVAC service & installation experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage timeHigh school diploma or equivalentHVAC certification or technical school preferredValid driver’s license with clean driving recordEPA Section 608 Certification (Required) or UniversalCompensation$45–$50/hr (based on experience)Benefits Roth IRA with 3% matchInsurance stipend80 hours PTOIncentive bonusesCell phone reimbursementDental insuranceWork EnvironmentTechnicians will travel to residential and commercial job sites using a company vehicle.
