Hvac Service Technician
**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs of residential HVAC systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform diagnostics and repairs on residential HVAC systems. + Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency. + Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. + Provide excellent customer service and consultations. + Document and complete work orders using a tablet, computer, or cell phone. **Essential Skills** + Experience installing and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments. + Valid Driver's License and experience driving a work van. + Strong customer service skills. + Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. + Experience with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in customer-facing roles. + Ability to accurately diagnose issues and order correct parts. + Possession of required tools for the job. + Previous experience or schooling in the HVAC field. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the flexibility of being dispatched from your home and the convenience of a gas card. Additionally, you are guaranteed payment for 8 hours, regardless of the total hours worked, and have the security of a predetermined schedule. **Work Environment** Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties every third week from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. On-call scheduling is done six months in advance, and you will receive additional compensation for being on call. Flexible start times are available the day after being called out to a job. The position covers the Philadelphia Counties area, with the expectation of returning home every night. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doylestown, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
