HVAC Service Technician
**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You will install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment, perform system inspections, testing, and maintenance, conduct warranty work, adjustments, and repairs, and maintain detailed service records. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems. + Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment. + Conduct system inspections, testing, and maintenance. + Perform warranty work, adjustments, and repairs. + Maintain detailed service records. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems. + EPA Universal Certification. + Proficiency in troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with chillers, boilers, and cooling systems. + Mechanical and construction knowledge in industrial settings. + Strong problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and family-focused environment where employee growth and career advancements are prioritized. The service department currently consists of 6 people, and we are looking to add 2 more. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, though start and stop times may vary depending on the job. Expect to work an average of 40-50 hours per week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
