**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities, equipment, and assets by applying a variety of craft skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling. The role requires the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.
+ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assigned tasks.
+ Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
+ Use the work order management system to document and manage reactive repair requests.
+ Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests on facilities and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
+ Complete all required safety training to operate tools and equipment in compliance with company standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade, or 5 years' experience in these areas without certification.
+ Documentation of repairs and troubleshooting abilities.
+ Effective communication with team leaders.
+ Computer proficiency for data input.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to obtain necessary certifications.
Work Environment
The role involves working varying shifts, including overnight, based on business needs. The environment may require working in different conditions to perform essential functions of the position.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $55993.60 - $58000.00/yr.
